Need help paying for college? Many sources of financial aid are available for qualifying students. Learn more about DCCCD Financial Aid.

Paying your tuition

The amount of tuition you pay is based on where you live and the number of credit hours you are taking.
  • How can I pay? Dallas County Community College District accepts the following methods of payment: cash, checks, money orders, credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express), bank debit cards. All checks must include a valid driver's license number, date of birth and the daytime phone number of the person signing the check.
  • Where can I pay? Visit the Cashier Services office.
  • When can I pay? See the tuition schedule for due dates. If you register before January 4, tuition is due January 4. Students who do not pay by the deadline will be de-registered on January 5. From that point on, tuition is due on the same day you register, and students who fail to pay will be de-registered nightly.
